A single 300 Amp high voltage BEV, HEV & PHEV bolt in style fuse, rated to 500V DC, used in the battery assembly pack of Hyundai and KIA EV's. Fuses used in high voltage circuits must be securely mounted to prevent points of high resistance that in turn generate unwanted hot spots. This is why fuses for high voltage automotive applications (500V) are bolt in style. It is important that the correct torque is applied to the fixings bolt. Please ensure the fuse selected meets the requirement of the application and OEM torque settings are applied.

  • Breaking Capacity: 20kA. Equivalent to Hyundai/KIA OEM 375F2G7300.

Eine 300-Ampere-Hochspannungssicherung für bis zu 500 V Gleichspannung für BEV, HEV und PHEV, verwendet in der Batteriebaugruppe der Elektrofahrzeuge von Hyundai und KIA. Sicherungen, die in Hochspannungsstromkreisen verwendet werden, müssen sicher montiert werden, damit keine Punkte mit hohem Widerstand und unerwünschter Hitzeentwicklung entstehen. Aus diesem Grund müssen Sicherungen für Hochspannungsanwendungen in Kraftfahrzeugen (500 V) verschraubt sein. Die Befestigungsschraube muss unbedingt mit dem richtigen Drehmoment angezogen werden. Sicherstellen, dass die gewählte Sicherung den Anforderungen entspricht und die OEM-Drehmomenteinstellungen verwendet werden.
