A single 40 Amp high voltage BEV, HEV & PHEV bolt in style fuse, rated to 500V DC, used in the power controller unit of various VW Group vehicles. Fuses used in high voltage circuits must be securely mounted to prevent points of high resistance that in turn generate unwanted hot spots. This is why fuses for high voltage automotive applications (500V) are bolt in style. It is important that the correct torque is applied to the fixings bolt. Please ensure the fuse selected meets the requirement of the application and OEM torque setting are applied.

Eine für bis zu 500 V Gleichspannung ausgelegte 40-Ampere-Hochspannungssicherung für BEV, HEV und PHEV, die im Leistungssteuergerät verschiedener Fahrzeuge der Volkswagen AG verwendet wird. Sicherungen, die in Hochspannungsstromkreisen verwendet werden, müssen sicher montiert werden, damit keine Punkte mit hohem Widerstand und unerwünschter Hitzeentwicklung entstehen. Aus diesem Grund müssen Sicherungen für Hochspannungsanwendungen in Kraftfahrzeugen (500 V) verschraubt sein. Die Befestigungsschraube muss unbedingt mit dem richtigen Drehmoment angezogen werden. Sicherstellen, dass die gewählte Sicherung den Anforderungen entspricht und die OEM-Drehmomenteinstellungen verwendet werden.

Fusible haute tension de 40 ampères pour BEV, HEV et PHEV, de type à boulon, tension nominale 500 V CC, utilisé dans l'unité de commande de puissance de divers véhicules du Groupe VW. Les fusibles utilisés dans les circuits à haute tension doivent être solidement fixés afin d'éviter les points de haute résistance qui génèrent à leur tour des points chauds indésirables. C'est pourquoi les fusibles pour les applications automobiles à haute tension (500 V) sont de type à boulon. Il est important d'appliquer le couple de serrage correct au boulon de fixation. Veuillez vous assurer que le fusible sélectionné répond aux exigences de l'application et que le réglage du couple OEM est appliqué.
